Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription terms
ReHeet Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99/month or $29/year. It renews automaticallyat the end of each billing period at the same price until you cancel. We'll charge the payment method on file via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from the billing portal (linked in your account / Stripe receipt email) or by emailing support@reheet.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees.
Refunds
If you're not happy, email support@reheet.com within 14 daysof a charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. After 14 days, we generally don't refund past charges, but cancellation prevents all future ones. Where local consumer law grants you stronger refund rights, those apply.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe. ReHeet never sees or stores your card number. The free tier remains available regardless of subscription status.
