Can You Reheat Pork Chops? 🥩

⚠️ Yes — with precautions

Reheat pork to 165°F per USDA leftover guidance (whole cuts were cooked to 145°F fresh, but leftovers get the full 165°F). Always reheat to 165°F internal, verified with a food thermometer.

How long does pork chops keep?

Refrigerated at or below 40°F in an airtight container, pork chops keeps about 4 days. If it has been at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), discard it — reheating does not undo unsafe storage.

Can you reheat it twice?

Not recommended for pork chops. Each pass through the 40–140°F danger zone adds risk, and quality collapses anyway. Portion out only what you'll eat, reheat that, and leave the rest cold.
